The Epsilon Beta Foundation scholarship application is now avaliable on line at the U of A web site under “scholarship Universe.” Once you bring up the web page, take the tutorial. We are listed as Epsilon Beta Foundation. The scholarship is open to all U of A full time students, sophmore through seniors, with a preference given to children or relatives of ATO alums.

Notes from the Chair
Brothers, we had a general meeting the 4 th of November at Brother Alspach’s house. Those present were Brothers Gorham, Adams, Stonecipher, Eller, Cox, Mc Mahon, Richardson, Ruikka, Laidlaw, Marrs, Esch, Alspach and Buss. The minutes, in the form of “the notes from the chair”, were read and approved. Brother Eller gave the Treasurers report which was unanimously approved by the general members. We then moved to old business. First we discussed the new web site. The site is up and running. Brother Schafer has worked very diligently on the project and it is great to see it come together. Brother Richardson suggested that we change our host to something like “go daddy .com” to save money. The annual fee should be only about $35.00. It was also suggested that all present, contact as many of the brothers as possible to let them know about the site and have them log on and update their personal information. The only other old business was membership and revenue. The life membership is $250.00. The five year membership is $120.00. The annual membership is $30.00. A number of checks were given to Brother Eller by the end of the meeting. Brother Eller will report on the revenue and member status at the next meeting. Moving on to new business, we held the election of officers for both the boards of directors. The current officers were reelected unanimously. The officers for 2012 are:  President Rusty Buss, Vice President Jeff Schafer, Treasurer Dwight Eller and Secretary Gary Gibson. Finally we discussed membership and home coming for 2012. Brothers Lee Cox and Bill Mc Mhaon volunteered to work with the younger Taus and see if there is a way we can combine our groups to foster a larger A T O alumni presence on campus next home coming. Bringing brothers and their families together from the 40’s to the 90’s would be a great thing at homecoming. Our next Alumni meeting is scheduled for March 17, 2012 at the Viscount board room at 9:00 am.  Breakfast will be provided and all are welcome.
